About Neil Burns
Neil Burns has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, fintech, foreign exchange and payments. He has held executive and board positions in businesses ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to international regulated groups.
As COO of a specialist foreign exchange business, Neil helped lead its development from a start-up into a multinational organisation, supporting international expansion and contributing across strategy, operations, risk, governance and regulation.
Through Burns NED Services, he now provides independent board-level support and coaching and mentoring to founders, executives and senior leaders. His approach combines practical experience, careful listening and constructive challenge.
